Professional Experience
As an attorney at Tsibouris & Associates, LLC, Anna focuses her practice on technology transactions and procurement, as well as privacy and security matters. Her work includes reviewing and drafting master services agreements, Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, nondisclosure agreements, settlement agreements, notices of termination, and demand letters.

Anna's experience also includes negotiation of complex contractual provisions regarding confidentiality, data security, indemnification and limitation of liability clauses, among other things. She has conducted research on a variety of current and rapidly evolving areas of law such as Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), artificial intelligence ("AI"), intellectual property rights, and the protection of nonpublic personal information.

​Prior​​ to law school, Anna was a research assistant for the Cedarville University General Counsel and Political Science department. During law school, Anna was a Civil Division Legal Intern for the United States Attorney's Office of the Northern District of West Virginia, where she worked on a COVID-19 Fraud Project involving Paycheck Protection Program loans.
