Kenneth J. Sperl has more than 30 years of experience in the legal field, most of which was senior counsel for financial institutions, including over 3 years as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Bank One.

While his experience has been with financial institutions, Mr. Sperl’s primary focus has been in the areas of technology and outsourcing.

Mr. Sperl earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1970 and graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1977.
